After years of experience as a
sideman in the studio, TU has taken on the role of a producer.
As an assistant to a publicist at Blue Note Records, TU
experienced first hand the inner workings of a record company from a
perspective which most artists never see.

His first work as an engineer and
producer was an album entitled “Basement Compositions.”
While this compilation was in general more of an exploratory
exercise, local artists began to gravitate toward TU’s advice during
session work.
After
working as a sole producer with local greats on “Getting to Know
You
,” TU opened his studio to local
artists, film work, and has even attracted some international
endeavors. Each project is treated individually depending on
the needs of the artist and the potential time and use required
for completion.
